ADGM Academy successfully delivered its Workplace Excellence & AI Readiness Workshop for fresh graduates, providing participants with practical workplace skills and foundational artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities essential for success in today's evolving professional environment.
Held at ADGM Academy, the one-day immersive workshop combined interactive learning, team-based activities, and hands-on challenges designed to strengthen workplace effectiveness while preparing graduates to confidently navigate an AI-enabled future.
The programme focused on developing key professional competencies required in the modern workforce, including communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, and professional conduct. Participants also explored the growing role of AI in the workplace, gaining practical insights into how emerging technologies are transforming industries and reshaping the skills expected by employers.
