In recognition of a long-standing and impactful collaboration, ADGM Academy was proudly awarded the Appreciation of Strategic Partnership Award by KPMG during their recent Town Hall event. The award celebrates ADGM Academy’s vital role in supporting KPMG’s Emiratisation journey and fostering sustainable national talent development in the UAE.
The award was presented by Emilio Pera, Deputy CEO of KPMG, and Mohammad Zamani, Partner – Audit and Head of Emiratisation at KPMG, and was received on behalf of ADGM Academy by Lateefa Alsuwaidi, National Development Manager, and Layal Aljarbi, National Development Assistant.
Since the inception of this strategic partnership in 2019, ADGM Academy has played a key role in identifying, preparing, and placing more than 300 UAE Nationals into roles at KPMG. These graduates have not only joined one of the UAE’s leading professional services firms, but have also demonstrated continuous growth, accessing progressive career opportunities within the organisation.
