ADGM Academy, in partnership with the CFA Institute, successfully hosted an exclusive executive roundtable titled “AI and the Future Financial Workforce: Resilience, Risk, and Readiness.” The closed door session brought together senior HR and talent leaders from across the region’s most influential financial institutions to discuss how artificial intelligence, digital finance, and emerging technologies are reshaping workforce capability in the financial sector.
The roundtable saw strong participation from leading organisations including Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), HSBC Middle East, Ruya Community Islamic Bank, Al Masraf Bank, Al Maryah Community Bank, Standard Chartered, Banque Misr UAE, and Bank of Palestine UAE, reflecting the sector wide importance of preparing talent for an AI enabled future.
