ADGM and ADGM Academy successfully hosted an interactive workshop for licensed real estate brokerage firms, providing industry professionals with a comprehensive overview of the newly activated ADGM Broker Classification Framework. The session brought together representatives from brokerage firms operating within ADGM to deepen understanding of the framework, its assessment criteria and the opportunities it creates to elevate standards across the real estate sector.
Held at ADGM Academy, the workshop offered participants a practical walkthrough of the classification framework, including its key performance pillars, assessment methodology, scoring tiers and the steps brokers can take to enhance their professional standing. The initiative forms part of ADGM’s broader commitment to strengthening transparency, professionalism and service quality across its real estate ecosystem.
The session also highlighted the critical role of continuous professional development in building a highly skilled and future-ready brokerage community.
