FSRA National Development Programme Officially Launched to Develop Emirati Regulatory Professionals and Leaders

ADGM Academy, in collaboration with the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) and the ADGM Human Capital (HC) Department, officially launched the FSRA National Development Programme (NDP), marking the beginning of a structured talent development journey designed to accelerate the growth of UAE National talent and strengthen leadership capabilities across the regulatory sector.
The launch brought together programme participants and stakeholders for an interactive Town Hall, providing an overview of the programme's vision, objectives, and strategic importance in supporting FSRA's commitment to developing future regulatory professionals and leaders.
The programme offers a comprehensive development framework tailored to different career stages through four structured pathways: the Foundation Development Programme (FDP), Specialist Development Programme (SDP), Management Development Programme (MDP), and Leadership Development Programme (LDP). Participants will benefit from a blended learning journey that combines assessments, bootcamps, professional certifications, coaching, mentoring, and learner support services.
The session also outlined key programme milestones, timelines, and expectations, ensuring participants have a clear understanding of their development journey and the opportunities available to support their professional growth.
