Observer Research Foundation (ORF) Middle East and the Embassy of the Dominican Republic to the United Arab Emirates, in collaboration with the Global Climate Finance Center (GCFC), and ADGM Academy, co-hosted a closed-door dialogue in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to facilitate knowledge exchange and south-south collaboration between the Caribbean and Gulf states to advance joint interests in energy transition efforts and blue economy development.
Participants engaged in critical conversations on shared interests in climate change, environmental sustainability, waste management, blue economy, and energy transition topics. The dialogue featured speakers from diplomatic, private, and public sectors.
