ADGM Academy, through its School of National Development, hosted the “Shaping the Future” Workshop, bringing together leading employers and key stakeholders from across the public and private sectors.
The workshop convened senior representatives from priority economic sectors to explore one of the UAE’s most critical national priorities of building a future-ready national workforce.
A Collaborative Approach to Workforce Challenges
Designed as a sector-based working session, the workshop created a platform for open dialogue and practical collaboration. Participants were organised into focused groups across key industries, including finance, healthcare, retail, and digital sectors, to address defined problem statements related to employability, workforce capability, and programme development.
