The Ghaya Financial Literacy Programme is an 8-week programme designed to equip beneficiaries with the essential skills and knowledge to manage their personal finances confidently and effectively. Delivered by ADGM Academy, the programme combines expert-led sessions with real-life scenarios to build lasting financial habits.
Participants will engage with trained volunteer mentors through interactive learning sessions that promote financial responsibility, long-term planning, and personal empowerment. Originally launched in partnership with the Authority of Social Contribution – Ma’an, Ghaya is now in its 10th cohort, driving meaningful change across Abu Dhabi communities.
This programme is designed for individuals with low income, those seeking debt relief, recent graduates, and early-career professionals (with less than five years of experience).
