Aligned with the UAE’s vision for continuous learning and humancapital development, NIP provides a structured pathway for Nationals to gain industryrelevant skills, practical exposure, and a deeper understanding of insurance practices. The programme supports both government and commercial objectives by equipping UAE Nationals with the competencies needed to contribute confidently and effectively to the evolving insurance landscape.
This programme is open to job seekers with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, as well as newly employed candidates nominated by their employer who are either new joiners or have not yet completed six months in their current role.
