The Incident Response – Principal Tactics programme immerses participants in the tools, skills, and methodologies used by enterprise incident response teams. The training is delivered through hands-on exercises in a Cyber Arena environment during a simulated advanced persistent threat (APT) attack.
Participants learn how to manage security policies and compliance requirements, develop and update organisational incident response procedures, assess damage, and coordinate responsibilities during active cyber incidents. The programme focuses on detecting, investigating, and mitigating ongoing attacks under realistic conditions.
Through guided forensic exercises, malware analysis, and digital evidence handling, trainees gain practical experience across the full incident response lifecycle, strengthening their ability to operate effectively as first responders or core members of an incident response team.
This programme is for DFIR analysts, SOC analysts, and IT or OT professionals responsible for detecting, investigating, and responding to cyber incidents within enterprise or critical infrastructure environments.
