Investment Foundations is the second level of the Investment Essentials pathway, building directly on the financial literacy established in Personal Finance Foundations.
Across four modules and approximately 60-80 hours, participants move from personal finance into real market mechanics: exchange-traded instruments, trading infrastructure, global and regional capital markets, individual equity analysis, fixed income investing, and a capstone project constructing a portfolio from the specific stocks and bonds selected earlier in the level.
This is where participants stop learning about investing in the abstract and start practising it directly, using real screeners, real bond yield calculations, and real market structures. The level assumes the foundational literacy taught in Level 1, or equivalent prior knowledge, and prepares participants directly for the more advanced, analyst-oriented material in Level 3.
This level suits participants who have completed Personal Finance Foundations, or who already have equivalent basic financial literacy, and are ready to study real market instruments, equity analysis and fixed income investing in practical depth.
