ADGM Academy and Research Centre, ADIO and PGIM Launch RealAssetX Abu Dhabi to Accelerate Innovation in the Real Asset Industry

ADGM Academy and Research Centre (ADGMA), the knowledge arm of ADGM, supported by Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO, has partnered with PGIM, the $1.39 trillion global investment management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., to launch RealAssetX Abu Dhabi — a pioneering innovation centre dedicated to advancing AI, sustainable technologies, and deep tech across the real asset sector.
Opening in September 2025 at the ADGM Academy headquarters, the RealAssetX Abu Dhabi Innovation Centre will serve as a collaborative platform that brings together global experts, innovators, and researchers to address challenges and create opportunities across real estate, infrastructure, smart cities, and related sectors.
This launch follows the strategic partnership announced in December 2024 between PGIM and ADIO to support the development of the centre in the UAE capital.
A Strategy for Deep Tech Transformation
The Abu Dhabi-based RealAssetX centre will be part of a global ecosystem that partners with top universities and leverages proprietary data and insights to develop scalable solutions for asset owners, operators, and investors.
These innovation tracks will be supported by a robust research driven schedule including ideation labs, hackathons, pitch competitions, and incubator/accelerator initiatives, all designed to cultivate high-impact ventures and bridge the gap between academia, entrepreneurship, and industry.
